By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or engage our services. Services We Provide
We offer design and creative services including but not limited to:
Brand identity, visual systems, and logo design.
Website design and development.
Digital product design, templates, and creative consulting.
Ongoing design support and retainer-based work.
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver our best work, we rely on clients to:
Provide accurate, complete information needed to carry out the project.
Respond to feedback requests and approvals within agreed timeframes.
Ensure they have the rights to any materials (logos, copy, images) supplied to us.
Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule.
Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may impact project timelines and are not the responsibility of our studio.
Payments and Fees
All fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in the project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
A deposit is required before work begins.
Final files and deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.
Late payments may incur additional fees or pause active work until resolved.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all design work, files, and concepts remain our intellectual property. Once final payment is made, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client, with the following exceptions:
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Source files, working files, and unused concepts remain our property unless explicitly included in the project scope.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) are licensed under their respective terms and are not transferred as part of the deliverables.
Revisions and Approvals
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately at our standard hourly rate. Once a deliverable is approved in writing, any further changes are considered new work.
Cancellation and Refunds
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. In the event of cancellation:
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve our time and resources.
The client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any deliverables produced before cancellation remain our property until paid for in full.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and shared materials as confidential. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties except where required to deliver the project or comply with legal obligations. Clients agree to extend the same confidentiality to any internal processes, pricing, or proprietary methods we share during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, traffic, or conversions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Third-Party Services
Our work may involve third-party platforms, tools, or services (e.g. Framer, hosting providers, font foundries, plugins). We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, pricing changes, or policies of these third parties. Clients are responsible for maintaining any required subscriptions or licenses after project handoff.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these terms, behaves in a way that is abusive or unprofessional, fails to pay, or engages in activity that is unlawful or harmful to our studio. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our studio is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless both parties agree to alternative resolution.
